I'd appreciate the compile.  I understand it's only sample code, but it's
the only thing out there.  If it doesn't work then I haven't lost anything.

I assume I take the .dll, drop it into the ...Microsoft Isa Server
directory, regsvr32 it, and it should appear in the ISA MMC?

I can compile it for you, but there's no guarantee of stability or
functionality.
It's only sample code; instructional and "basically functional".

The SOCKS4 filter is not doing UDP.  I have Macintosh clients that need to
use UDP just like the Win folks do with the Firewall Client.  After
reading through some references on the web, I was led to believe that the
SOCKS5 filter would let me supply UDP to non-Win clients.
