Hi Ricky, That line isn't a ICMP entry, it's the dreaded NBT entry that I used to see on my ISA 2000 firewall :-)) If you see the outbound ICMP Query request, but no ICMP query reply (remember, you're using NetMon on the *external* interface of the ISA firewall), then the problem isn't the firewall, it's something upstream.
