Make sure that:
    1. the internal server is a secureNAT client.
    2. Your ISA TCP/IP setup is correct.

Subject: [isalist] publishing mail server woes

http://www.ISAserver.org

I am currently trying to publish an SMTP server. I have tried both
manually and with the wizard.

I am using telnet to verify the connection. When I connect (via telnet on
port 25) to the mail server I get the welcome message. But when I telnet
from outside to the ISA server on 25 it just sits there with no welcome
message etc. It doesn't seem to be piping the request through correctly.

Thanks
Jon
