I assume you meant "put" and I also assume that you didn't read the help
before you installed ISA. Try there first or even try the MS site for
the info.

Also I assume you mean you want to configure the cache or is it you want
to enable the ISA server itself to use the http proxy or do you want to
enable the clients to use the isa proxy?

Clarify, then research it.
