I have a rule, on my username(cause its connected to a domain) to allow any protocol to any destination....
i
also enabled the firewall policy to allow isaserver to ping other
destinations.....(in the destinations specified the internet )..

Nick Holmes

Hi Nick,
What are the settings on the Network Rule controlling the route relationship between the source and destination network?
thanks!

Hi Tom,
Isa
server is in the middle... basically i am trying to ping a webserver
from a machine on the internal network... i.e. behind isaserver..
source --->internal network-->isaserver gateway -->internet-->webserver
Regards,
Nick Holmes.

Hi Nick,
Where is the source host?
Where is the ISA firewall?
Where is the destination host?
Thanks!

Hi guys,
I
enabled all System policy rules in ISA 2004 and still not able to ping
a machine through isa server, i.e. from the internet. Even if i
ran a traceroute, they all time out.. any idea ?
Regards,
Nick Holmes.
