No, definitely not.

It interferes, (replaces) the MS gina and stops access to various parts
of ISA via the MMC. No retro fix either if you uninstall it

I just install Terminal Server, and have it only active on the internal
NIC. That way you have to make a VPN Connection to be able to see it.
