patch, or hotfix for the SMTP Filter?

Hello,
When I enable the SMTP Filter in ISA, people can't authorize to the
published SMTP servers in our network. When I try to add the "AUTH"
command in the SMTP Filter in the "allowed command list" , it doesn't
save my changes.
I know this problem is well known (?), but I haven't been so active on
this list. So I wonder if someone know if there is a hotfix or a way to
solve this problem.
