Are you forcing authentication at the listener? If so, don't. Just
remove all anonymous access rules. Thanks for the reminder! I started an
article on this issue a couple days ago and forgot about it and did the
VPN NAT-T one instead :-)

        Hi,
        I have a user with Windows XP Pro SP1 and all the updates.  When
she goes to open IE, she gets prompted with a window asking for user
name and password.  She enters username/domain then password, and goes
in.  This does not happen all the time and only to this user.  Her
profile & settings are the same as others, but no one is experiencing
this but her.  We have ISA with all new SP, etc..
