The reason for asking is the client has 2 DHCP servers for redundancy.

The "work around" I came up with after aGoogling for ideas was to create a
master list of client workstations that need to retain the same IP for
things such as computer sets in ISA but I need them to be dynamic IPs. Then
using netsh, I apply that reservation list to both DHCP servers so that they
will always get the same IP. As for well what about if the DHCP server that
has its IP in its scope is down, lease is set to 5 days, so I think I can
resolve any server down within that 2 1/2 day window.
