I was reading this a got a bit confused... do you have a dmz zone? Your internal web server has a public address? Luckily, I did not encounter any problem publishing my web and mail servers from my internal network. I just have one question in mind regarding NAT using ISA. When I added NAT in RRAS and configured my public IP's translated into my private IP's one is to one, my ISA Server firewall service stops. What I did was disabling the NAT in RRAS and let it be handled by ISA and everything works fine. Now, I have this web server in my internal network which has an internal IP NAT thru ISA to a public IP. So if there's an incoming web request to my web server it passes thru my ISA and the ISA point it to my internal web server. What I'm wondering at is why is that when my web server does an outgoing request it does not use the public IP NAT on my ISA. Also, when my workstations with firewall client installed does an outgoing web request passing thru my ISA it uses the public IP assigned to my internal web server. How would I make sure that the public IP I assigned for my internal web server is dedicated on this server for incoming and outgoing web requests? All the public IP addresses were assigned on the external NIC cards of my ISA server.
