Take a look in the ISA help about "Upstream proxy"
The basic instructions are there...  ;-)

HI Experts ....
i need ur help please !
I have ISA server and two ethernet cards , one connected to cable internet with 
ip 192.168.13.196
mask 255.255.0.0  and gateway 192.168.10.3 and DNS 212.98.10.34 212.98.10.35 , 
and the other
ethernet card connect to other computer ,i want this client computer to reach 
internet ..
by the way the  internet cable provider is using proxy 2.0
How can i do that ... i need help ..
