my problem not solved yet for web2sms

hi all.plz help me tom my web 2 sms service still in a problem.let me explain
in breif that when my user send a message to cell phone.but there is a firewall
message comes on it.and secondly.we have two servers one is chat and second is
brosing but i want to disable the client of chat server please tell me howto
do that.
