When you did the update, did you do it through the MMC Firewall client configuration node, or did you edit the file manually?

I spent considerable time last night updating my mspclnt.ini and then updating it to a particular firewall client I needed added fucntionality too. I was successfull in doing this, and my firewall client got the new mscplnt.ini. This afternoon, I tried to update a different clients mspclnt.ini and found that the changes I had made were not propagated. So I checked the file on the ISA server and found that the mspclnt.ini had reverted back to a default configuration.
anyone have any ideas?
