mp3 filter

Dear All,
I am trying to filter out or block all mp3 downloading/traffic and I
have created the required filter in the Policy Elements--Content Groups
which I have then applied
in Site and Content Rules to deny mp3 (audio/x-mpeg) but it doesn't seem
to work. I am not really interested to directly filter out urls such
kazaA.com as I have succeeded in doing that, however, I need help to
only filter out mp3 traffic.
Can anyone help me pls?
