Hi Kais,
 
Check out www.isaserver.org/shinder There are many SMTP articles there.
If you already have a good understanding of mail protocols, then all you
need to do is configure the mail server as a SecureNAT client, and
create protocol rules required. Make sure the machine can resolve
Internet MX domain names.
