issues with ISA

hi,
We have a server running ISA and DNS on the same machine.We r facing
some problems
1. Our applicationServer supports HTTP1.1 protocol. If my Application
is accessed through ISA, the ISA sets the protocol as HTTP 1.0.
Does ISA supports HTTP1.1 or How to make ISA to support HTTP1.1
2. We have blocked all ports and released some ports used by our office
including yahoo messengers 5050. We also released ports used by
voice chat ie TCP 5000-5001, UDP 5001-5010 but we were not able to
enable voice chat though we changed the settings from proxies to no
proxies.the systems accessing voice chat have ISA's server's ip as the
default gateway ip.Can anybody explain what should be the UDP
setting.send,recieve,send-recieve,recieve-send.
3. we access mails only by outlook 2000.we dont have any internal mail
server and all our systems have default gateway as ISA server's ip.We
have released pop3 port outbound. but the mails are not getting downloaded
into the outlook.It gives this error
The tcp/ip connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server.
(Account:'rajesh',POP3Server:'pop3.four-soft.com'.Error Number:0x800ccc0f).
Pls tell me how to access the mails through outlook.
