"Default" site and content rules allow anonymous access.
THe best thing is to create specific "allow" policies that are user- or
IP-based.
This way, anything you don;t allow is implicitly denied.

hi folks,
i installed ISA Server on my system in the integrated
mode. i allowed the default site and content rule and
created a protocol rule using default settings.
i created another site and content rule to
specifically block some websites but i can still
access such sites. what is the problem?.
