Nope - didn't say that.
I said I thought I was able to get it to compile, but you beat me to it.
The SDK clearly indicates a taillight warranty for the example code.

I got it to compile but I can't prove it works, it doesn't show any
properties or config info ike the v4 SOCKS filter. Actually the obtuse
documentation on installig via VBSript in ISA 2004/EE had made me
second-guess myself from the beginning.

I thought you said you had compiled it and were tweaking it?
