isa server tunnel

I am trying to tunnel an oracle web product back thru my isa server,
oracle say that there app can tunnel back over HTTP on 80. Fair enough. I
know it is either the isa server, because if i bypass the isa server using
a dial client it works.
Oracle's response is they ask all customers to open port 80, but we have
done this
Does anyone know how to set the tunnel over a specific port, or is it
lower than ISA server, ie routing and remote access.
any advice welcome
