isa server nics conf

hello everyone, thanks in advance for your help.
my conf is as fallows:
isa server, windows 2000 server, two nics.
I have internet access no problem. all the user can access internet.
all internal ip´s ar 10.10.x.x
internal nic ip 148.240.82.153 (10.10.18.1)
<--- had it wrong from begining
I can not change this.. lots of pc´s already configured.
I have the address 10.10.18.1 as a second address
netmask 255.255.255.248
defaul gateway Blank
external nic ip 148.240.82.146
netmask 255.255.255.252
default gateway 148.240.82.145
Dns isp dns
dns2 isp dns
my problem is that my web page server is 148.240.82.154
and my frame relay router is 148.240.82.156
I dont see this two from all my 10.10.x.x ips
what can I do..?
