No; ISA SE MMC cannot manage an EE array.
Neither can ISA EE manage an SE server.

Subject: [isalist] isa 2004 standard and enterprise edition compatibility

Hello everyone,,
I would like your help regarding some questions about the supporting of
different versions of ISA; we manage multiple ISA severs 2004 standard
editions they are grouped with identical configurations as ISA entreprise
edition can manage numberous ISA via one GUI are there any limitations with
supporting different versions of ISA? and can I setup mutliple sets of managed
ISA severs each with differents configuration (i.e internet, intranet , DMZ
etc..)? would I require separate server to run the enterprise edition or is it
simply installed on a client workstation?
thank you in advance
