internet explorer 6 problems with ISA

Hi
I use tsweb and myconsole for connecting to our ISA servers.
Nice way for remote connections.
This is my problem: Microsoft has released a new cumulative patch for IE 6.
Any PC that has installed that patch now gets errors when trying to use tsweb
or myconsole.
Any PC that has not had the update still works fine.
Anyone else run into this??
