iis, sql, and isa

I have a trihomed isa configuration
iis 5.0 server in dmz is attempting to connect to internal
sql 2000 box I receive the following error
Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (0x80004005)
[DBNMPNTW]Specified SQL server not found.
/qttform/qttdisplay.asp, line 22
I created the following:
1. protocol defination for outbound 1433
2. protocol rulebased on protocol defination
3. server publishing rule: external ip to internal ip of
sql box,using server protocol sql server
4. ip packet filter, filter type outbound local fixed 1433
remote fixed 1433 local computer dmz external ip address
remmote computer iis server in dmz ip address
