Create a protocol rule to allow outbound POP3 access. The protocol is
pre-defined in ISA. You can make this rule as tight or loose as you need.
It won't matter that you've published an Exchange Server on port 110. The
Published server will accept inbound. Internal users will be outbound. No
problems!!

Can any one tell me how to enable my users to download email from an ISP POP3 server to there outlook program. I have an exchange server published on port 110 so I would sespect that any mail that would come to my firewall would got to my exchange server. is there a way around this or is this a question for an exchange admin please help aaron
