how to block things...

I have installed ISA in a server which has only one NIC card installed and is a
member of a domain. Now I want to be able to block access to certain web pages
based on the CONTENTS. I also want to block MSN messenger, ICQ and Yahoo
messenger. Any help or instructions will be highly appreciated.
