force a certain program to strat at user log in

I waned a spicific program to start when a user login to my domain in
his cloient computer and I have done the following :
Default Domain Policy\Administrative Templates\System\Logon/logoff\Run
these programs at user logon
and then I set the programes that should run but it only run on the server
when I login to it not on the clients computers, so is there somthing else
I sould do on the clints computers...please help
