Connection Timeout is exactly that; ISA timed out trying to reach that site.
The error code (10060) is a Winsock error; I have a link to the MSDN Winsock
error codes on http://isatools.org.
Validate your DNS settings; very often, bad name resolution points you to
the wrong server and it's not listening for your request.

User have to access http://wisenews.wisers.net, but the connection timeuot
10060 message is come out.
I configured two ISA as an array which is behind firewall with one hide mode
nat to talk to internet.
Testing is ok on this site by two ISA server without proxy settings. (direct
access internet without proxy setting on IE)
But, it is failed if they are set to use proxy itself to connect internet.
(access internet through these ISA IP on IE of two ISA server itself)
Is there any related to connection timeout parameter on regristy like proxy
2.0 version? If yes, please teach me.
