cisco vpn client ping don't works

Hi all
I am trying to configure ISA to allow a Cisco VPN client connection
on an internal (behind ISA) workstation pass though ISA server. The user
authentication works well, I obtain an ip address from the vpn server but
I'm not able to ping anything. It seems that the connection works but not
the data transfer.
I followed the instruction in
http://www.isaserver.org/articles/IPSec_Passthrough.html.
What can I do?
