Nevermind...disabled the default ICMP filters...created a new one that
included all types and fixed code 0...works like a charm now.
Very odd :/

All of the default ICMP* ~allow~ packet filters are enabled...yet I still
cannot get a ping reply from the external interface of the ISA server.
What really obvious thing am I missing here? :/
