Cachedir only reads the disk.
It does *not* read what's in RAM.

I finally got cachedir.exe to stop giving me an out of memory error, but
I think its deleting data from my cache.
Why? Well, when im running perfmon, I can see the total number of URLs ,
total URLs cached, etc
They number climbs until I run cachedir, then it resets to 0, and
cachedir doesn't show me anything's in the cache.
I think SP2 broke this. Ive recreated my cache numberous times, at
different sizes, and I get the same error over and over..
