I have run ISA on everything from a 233 Mhz Pentium with 128Mb (yes it
will run !) to a 1.4 GhZ P4 with 512Mb with a 128Kb leased line, none of
them worked any better than the other :) so I suspect your problems are
elsewhere. In fact the "bucket of bolts" P233 was very stable and never
got above 5% CPU usage and was our main firewall for a month or so.
