When I enter the full path (ie. http://www.test.com/down/test.zip) I'm asked for the login information. Without proxy I can access the file and download it. With the proxy server I enter the correct login information 3 times and then access is denied. On the firewall which controls traffic LAN->DMZ http is allowed.
