after reboot isa needs to be restarted

Hi guys,
I have a strange problem here.
We've got a w2k3 server with service pack1 installed last week.
I've applied the RPC path, however, if the server is rebooted...isa does
not function.
All services are started and there are no eventlog entry's.
Still the services have to be restarted to get them functioning.
Is anyone experiencing this problem too ?
ISA version is 3.0.1200.365 SP2
