adp payroll headache

Hello everyone,
Has anyone had experience with adp payroll? Client is configured as web
proxy, is has the firewall client installed, *.adp.com is set for direct
access in browser tab of internal network, xp sp2 pop up blocker is
disabled, *.adp.com is added to a rule that allows http, https without
authentication, we have a T1 line. ISA is 2004 with SP1 on 2003 with
SP1.
Problem is she is complaining that it is slow and sometimes times out.
Of course I can't say for sure it is not our setup so I was wondering if
anyone has faced this issue before. Also I was thinking that setting
*.adp.com the for direct access is useless since it is using https and
https is not bound to web proxy filter
Any comments or help are appreciated
