access to a website that does not use port 80

Hello,
I want to access a website that does not use default tcp port 80 for web
communication. It uses ports 10011 and 10012. I created protocol rules,
and protocol filters. (direction outbound, both for packet filters)
but when i type the url from a SecureNat client www.xyz.com:10011, i get a
blank page, at the bottom it says Done.
any hints as what i am doing wrong
