Wireless Internet Access

We want to be able to allow members of staff to access the internet for
personal use using a number of pc's connected via Wireless Lan. Is it
possible to place a wireless network card in the ISA server to allow
clients connected via that card to access the internet using a different
set of rules and be bandwidth limited? Are there any other solutions for
this?
