Streaming media requires:
In "IP Packet Filtering" properties, uncheck "Enable filtering of IP
fragments"
In "Extensions", "Application Filters", enable the Streaming Media
filter
Install the firewall client on the LAT host

Can anyone help, We can't seem to plat links from the web through ISA, and
media player, the only way i am restricting users is on protocals,
everything else is allow all.
