If you're not using multiple internal networks, and all computers are on
the same subnet, it is most likely NOT a result of your ISA settings.

I have that problem here occasionally, but it is usually a result of
spyware.

I am not sure if my problem is related to the upgrade, but I just
replaced ISA Server 2000 with ISA Server 2004 SP1, which is running on
Windows 2003 SP1.  My users are missing their home drive when they log
in in the morning.  ISA Server is on its own box.  Probably a totally
different issue to fix.
