[isalist] WinXP Remote Assistance Invitations

I recv'd a Remote Assistance Invitation email to help someone on their
WinXP PC. When I tried to connect via our ISA 2004, I kept getting
"Could not find remote host".
Can someone point me to a info on what I need to do on ISA 2004 in order
to connect? The host PC requesting this help is behind a LinkSys Cable
Router, if this may be blocking it.
