Win2k3 NLB with ISA?

Curious question...will an array configured to use Win2k3 NLB allow you to
publish sites and handle outbound proxy/firewall/snat traffic as well as it
handles inbound VPN traffic?

I don't recall details..but wasn't this a problem when trying to configure
Win2k NLB with an ISA server array?
