What do i do ?

What can i do if ISA tells me that there's aready a rule that defines the
external port and ip address specified.
The internal server is different from the one that's already there
e.g 146.232.126.6 Unix smtp server the one am trying to create
146.232.126.5 Ms Windows 2000 server running exchange.
External ISA server IP 178.124.145.6
Both the ports are 25... What can i do this i dont understand because these are
two different machines that are on the private network
