What am I missing?

I'm setting up an extra ISA server so I can update the one now. I can
get everything to work but my Terminal Server connections. Which I set
up using the article on the website.
I have ISA Server 2004
Now I'm only testing this internally. I should still be able to use the
local address to pass through to the Terminal server right?
Let me know anything I might have forgotten...it's probably something
real simple.
