John- That is correct. When I type www.websitename.com from the inside I get that prompt. Why DNS? Specifically where should I look? I have made no changes to the DNS server. Each website has its own unique IP address. I can view the website by using the UNC path. Its when type the entire URL (inside and outside) that I can't view it. How does ISA work, in as far as authenticating to internal IIS servers? What happens during the authentication process, when you have an internal website being accessed? I'm just trying to get a picture of what's going on to pinpoint the cause. Are you getting the prompts from inside by typing www.?
