Websense on ISA

ISA is set up to require authentication by users, this appears to stop
any anonymous connections through ISA. Websense V4.4 configured with
Active Directory users, necessary to get per user blocking etc, kills
the ISA server
Any ideas would be very gratefully received - or alternatively what
would be a good alternative to Websense?
