The mime-type for streaming content is audio/* or video/*.
Any server delivering streaming media under the guise of
application/octet-stream is either horribly misconfigured or broken.
You'll want to add *.asf, *.asr, *.asx and *.wma to the Audio content group
and *.wmv to the video content group to make sure you catch all the WM file
types.

Unfortunately, the mime type is application/octet-stream... This will also
block .exe and many other binary data streams.
Jim: know anyone in the WM team that could change that to a vendor-specific
mime type? :)
