Hi Dan,
You know, that's a darned good question and one I solved about five
years ago :)
IIRC, it has something to do with the permissions settings on the IIS
and File server. Wish I could remember more of the details, but I don't
think it took me too long to find the answers doing a Web search on the
issue at that time.
