VPN for MAC

Hi. I have an ISA Server VPN operating in PPTP and L2TP, and it works well
when I'm connecting from a Windows machine.
But my question is that if its possible to connect to an ISA Server VPN from
an Apple Macintosh machine?
If its possible it would work in PPTP only or is also possible L2TP.
