VPN Site-to-site sutup failiure

Hi,

I am trying to set a VPN between a main office and a branch office.

Every time I run the Wizard I get an error saying:

The Wizard cannot create the VPN connection. An action to allow dial-in
permission failed.

I do not have a clou where to look for the error.
