Thanks Amy, But my companys IP addresses are fixed, we used leased lines. They definitely haven't changed as I can tell by going to web sites e.g. www.grc.com what IP address we are going through to. It might be a long shot but it did happen to me once. I tore up everything before finally calling the ISP. Have had ISA, VPN and Rras running happily on multiple servers located around the country, and I have been connecting to them all via a broadband connection at home with a machine running XP Home. Anyway, lastnight I'm trying to connect to one of the servers as normal, type me password in and it comes back immediately with Error 800: Unable to connect........ Check security settings etc I've checked all the settings and everything is fine, I've checked the server and compared it too other locations servers and again all is fine. In MS Technet it says about making sure the Cisco firmware is up to date, which I have and it is Anyone any clues ?
