VPN OUTBOUND

i would like to ask if any one knows how i can enable VPN Server in RRAS/ISA
for outbound connection
i want my internal users to connect to VPN server to go to internet with
providing them public ip address when they connect
what i need exactly to do in ISA server? or there is nothing to do with
ISA?it is only on RRAS?
